Bliska Mama

A Polish lactation consultant teaching parents about breastfeeding through webinars and e-books. Built from scratch with custom illustration, Stripe-powered checkout, a full members' area and a private admin panel for products and content.

Client

Bliska Mama, independent lactation consultant based in Poland.

Scope

Brand direction, full bespoke build, Stripe payment integration, members' area, admin panel for products and content.

Stack

Nuxt, Tailwind, Stripe Checkout and webhooks, custom illustration, auth and members area, transactional and newsletter emails, Polish localisation.

The brief

Bliska Mama needed a home for her webinars and e-books that felt warm and trustworthy, not clinical or stocky. Her customers are new and expectant parents looking for clear, non-judgemental guidance, and the brand needed to feel like a friend, not a textbook.

She also needed real infrastructure: a checkout that accepted Polish-language payments, a members' area where customers could access what they bought, an admin panel where she could add new products and content herself, and everything wired together so a sale on a Sunday night didn't need her touching anything.

What I built

  • ·A custom illustrated logo and hero artwork that gives the site its warm, hand-drawn feel.
  • ·A bespoke homepage and product pages, built from scratch around her brand and her audience. No template, no page builder.
  • ·Stripe Checkout integration handling payments in Polish złoty. Webhooks fire on successful payment, automatically grant the customer access to the product they bought, and email the receipt. No manual fulfilment.
  • ·A members' area with secure authentication so customers can access purchased webinars and e-books any time.
  • ·Transactional emails covering the full account lifecycle: welcome on sign-up, password reset, purchase confirmations and download links. All written in Polish to match the site.
  • ·A newsletter system Bliska Mama runs herself: customers opt in at checkout or via the site, and she sends broadcasts to subscribers from the same admin panel that handles the products.
  • ·An admin panel where Bliska Mama can add new webinars and e-books, set prices, manage members, send newsletters and update the site without needing me. Products created in the admin sync to Stripe automatically.
  • ·Polish-language interface across the public site, the dashboard and every email, with the structure ready to add English later.

The result

A site that looks and feels like Bliska Mama, not like a SaaS template. Customers browse in Polish, pay through Stripe Checkout, and get instant access to what they bought from a clean members' area. New product? Bliska Mama adds it in the admin and it's live for sale within a minute. She runs the entire site herself. No developer call required.
