Why I started ByBrown

Most of the small businesses I know around Hertford have a website that looks like every other small business on the same WordPress theme. They paid four figures for it. It's slow. It doesn't really work on a phone. Nobody can update it without paying someone again.

That's the gap ByBrown is built for.

I build sites from scratch. No themes, no page builders. The monthly fee covers hosting and a real working line to me. Most projects ship in two to four weeks because I'm one person, not five, and I'm not waiting on anyone else.

The AI side started for the same reason. People keep asking me whether they should "do something with AI". The honest answer is yes, but probably not the way the consulting firms are selling it. I'll come in, look at what your team does day-to-day, find the bits a machine can do, and set it up. Then your team runs it. That's the whole product.
